activity area 1: project management
as project leader, the university of Sannio will be responsible for project management.
the team is involved in each of the remaining eight activity areas as follows:
activity area 2: awareness activities
this phase will be managed principally by the university of Sannio.
only the computer-based part (realisation of managerial instruments for the Virtual Community and the Web Site) will be within the competency of the technological partner Morphosis Progetti e Tecnologie Srl.
all the universities in the partnership will be involved in the action for the animation of the Virtual Community.
activity area 3: identification of users' needs
this phase will be managed by the university of Durham.
the whole partnership will be involved in action for awareness and circulation.
activity area 4: training model design
this phase, whose leader is the Tribhuvan university of Kathmandu, will be managed in close collaboration with all three partners.
in the same way, the whole partnership will be involved in action for awareness and circulation.
activity area 5: development of training services
this phase will be directed by the university of Sannio.
for the purely technological aspects, and in particular the realisation of courseware, for the totality of the production cycle, the audio, video and graphic workshops, and the development of the "technological" partner Morphosis Progetti e Tecnologie Srl.
the whole partnership will be involved in action for awareness and circulation.
activity area 6: establishment of testing environments
the Tribhuvan university of Kathmandu will manage this phase as far as both technological and functional checks are concerned. It will have a working relationship with the User Group and will collect the results of their work.
the realisation of any modifications of the courseware will be the responsibility of Morphosis Progetti e Tecnologie Srl who will, for this purpose, interface, together with the university of Sannio, the Tribhuvan university of Kathmandu to receive specifications regarding adjustments, modifications, improvements etc.
the whole partnership will be involved in action for awareness and circulation.
activity area 7: demonstration of training services
the university of Durham will be largely responsible for activities connected with this phase.
the realisation of demonstrators will be the responsibility of Morphosis Progetti e Tecnologie Srl which, for this purpose, will interface the university of Durham in order to receive the modifications, especially those regarding the sample educational models to be included.
the whole partnership will be involved in action for awareness and circulation.
activity area 8: monitoring and evaluation
the university of Durham will co-ordinate this phase whilst the whole partnership will be involved in action for awareness and circulation.
activity area 9: exploitation plan
most of the work will be undertaken by the Tribhuvan university of Kathmandu which will operate in close collaboration with the other two universities who are partners in the project.
